Setting goals

So...the last few weeks have been full of change...moving/holidays/exhausted all the time/new job I don't like/living with my family again/HORMONES! 

I've managed to not deal with a lot of it by sleeping a lot and avoiding people. Well...that got boring.

This afternoon I took a couple sheets of paper and wrote down everything that had been on my mind the last few weeks. I can't deal with it all right now...but writing it down made it seem more manageable.   I decided to pick one thing I needed to work on and start working on it now. Exercise!  I decided that after work I was going to walk for 30 minutes. I can't fall asleep right away anyway and it would give me time to clear my head as well. I laid out my clothes so I would not have any excuses when I got home.

Aaaaaaaaanndd...I DID IT!  Walked 30 minutes. :)  Might not seem like much, but for someone that has been spending 90% of time at home in bed...it's an improvement. :)

After I walked I ate a HEALTHY snack. :)  Go me!

I have some plans for tomorrow but I don't want to overdue it so we will see what tomorrow holds. Work at 9am...fun, fun!

Oh, did I mention I had something thrown at my face at work and it cut my nose open?  Lol.  Gotta love kids...
